I contacted EZ Plastering and Rendering after reading excellent reviews and seeing the gallery of works completed. We... had to wait a few months before works started, but well worth the wait. Eddie and team completed external silicone render to chimney stack and bricked side of house. We had cracks on a timber frame extension where cement render was applied. Eddie did a full inspection and hacked off where necessary. After rendering one part, the base silicone colour was not as expected and Eddie, who takes great pride in his workmanship, redone in a finer grain and brighter white. Eddie was very patient with my doubts and queries, he has a positive and helpful attitude and professional knowledge of the EWI products. Absolutely delighted with the quality of the beautiful finish, the colour and grain blends so well with the rest of the house. The team are very tidy and ensured our newly laid block driveway and decking was fully protected throughout the works. Would definitely recommend EZ Plastering and Rendering, they did an incredible job to a very high finish. Thank you!read more

We are very pleased with the work carried out by EZ Plastering&Rendering. We have had insulation put on outside of our... terraced house and silicone rendered which completely transformed our house, looks modern now. Eddie impressed me from the first time he came round to give us a quotation. He was friendly and honest. He told us... that old existing render needs to be hacked back to brickwork and start for scratch. Not just overcoating as a couple of other companies had wanted to do. The stance of doing things right continued throughout the job. Him and his team turned up on time every day and put in a full day. They look were all polite and decent chaps. They ensured the site was cleared and asked if I was happy at the end of every day - which of course I was. We now have a house that looks fantastic.We’ve had lots of trades through the years whilst doing up our house and I don’t usually post reviews as there’s always something I’m not 100% happy with, but in the case of Eddie and his team at E Z Plastering and Rendering, I can’t speak highly enough and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to get a good rendering done.read more

Really happy with the rendering work that has been done to my house, it looks great. Eddie explained everything in... detail and was very patient answering all my questions. Eddie and his team were very friendly and hard working. They had some difficult weather to work around but I was always kept informed of what was going on. The cleaning and prep work appears to have been done very thoroughly and there were some extra unexpected repairs that they didn’t charge me for. There was a bit of mess but they had a bit of a tidy up at the end of each day and then a major clear up at the end of the job. Two of my neighbours have already commented on how much better it looks and asked for contact details. Well done the E Z Plastering and Rendering team!read more

Had seen this man's work on a local property and was very impressed at the finish, wasn't able to speak to the owners... but had quotes from Eddie and 2 other companies before making a decision. Eddie was very professional and helpful from the onset. Waited several months for work to begin but trust me it was worth the wait. The finish is amazing, every day Eddie arrived 7am and worked through until light was lost. The price was very competitive and only asked for final payment once work was completed and we were satisfied with the end result. I have had several positive comments from neighbours about the finish and would certainly recommend Eddie to anyone looking for a quality tradesman.read more
